Our keto pumpkin spice cupcake generated from my love for all things pumpkin! This recipe originated from my great grandmother's collection. With a little experimentation, I finally created this melt-in-your-mouth, incredibly tender and super delicious keto version of the pumpkin spice cupcake with a cream cheese frosting!
